Delivery Charges
We work on a subsidised delivery system. The more you buy the less you pay for delivery.
Juwel Fishtanks will give free delivery on all orders over £45 and a standard £4.99 postage and packing charge on all orders below £45
Our delivery schedule and service is outlined below.
Delivery Service
Juwel Fishtanks offers delivery to the UK mainland shown on the map opposite.
Please allow 1-2 days for delivery although 95% of all our parcels will arrive next working day if ordered before the cut off point. 
Once an order has been placed, Juwel Fishtanks will ship your goods the same working day providing they are in stock and payment is confirmed prior to 1pm. If orders are placed after 1pm or not on a working day they will be shipped the next working day. Please note that during our winter opening times that monday is not classed as a working day.
If goods are not received within 21 days, contact us directly and we will offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund.
Goods must be signed upon delivery and any damages / shortages reported to us within 24 hours.
Juwel Fishtanks denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. We do not accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you have received your order.

Returns Policy
* Products that carry a manufacturer's guarantee can be returned at customers cost, if faulty to us along with proof of purchase for exchange during the warranty period. Notice of return must be given and approved via email or telephone with Juwel Fishtanks.
* All products still under guarantee will be tested upon return. Products found not to be faulty will be returned at customers own cost.
* The products being returned must be securely packed to avoid damage. We recommend returning the products by recorder delivery.
* Juwel Fishtanks does not accept responsibility for goods returned by a customer, but which are not received, unless proof of delivery to us or receipt by carrier is supplied.
* Faulty Products will be replaced or repaired and shipped to customer at our cost.
